Appointment and Return Policy

  1. 48-Hour Notice for Changes: Revival Studio requires clients to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes to the appointment. Changes could include modifications to the services requested or rescheduling/canceling the appointment altogether.

  2. Fee for Changes within 48 Hours: If you make changes to your appointment (such as rescheduling or canceling) within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be subject to a fee. of 50% of the cost of the originally scheduled services.

  3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), Revival Studio reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for the full cost of the originally scheduled services.

  4. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your stylist reserves the right to make adjustments to the services you were originally scheduled for. For example, they may modify the services to fit within the remaining time allocated for your appointment.

  5. Return Policy: We want you to be thrilled with your products and services, and will do what we can for everyone’s satisfaction.

    1. Product Returns: Unopened and/or unworn products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

    2. Non-Refundable Hair and Jewelry Services: Hair and jewelry services provided by Revival Studio and Poppy Links are non-refundable.

    3. Repairs or Changes to Services: Any repairs or changes to hair or jewelry services are subject to the stylist's discretion.
